I like that we took off on time and arrived a bit early. I like that I could gate check my bag and board early. I don't like how crowded the flight was. I had ok leg room, but could feel every move of the person next to me. And the aisles are very narrow. The gate and flight crews were terrific.

It was fine… Just overbooked every seat was taken and very bumpy nothing they could do about that. Overall I like to fly Alaska airlines

Both flights from NYC to SFO were delayed more than an hour. No wifi, no screens/movies etc. The crew was nice.

I had never flown Alaska before but I definitely will again . Their app is great and the staff was nice , the plane was clean and comfortable . I've been trying to think of something to complain about but I honestly cannot think of anything . And Alaska itself - wow! Such beauty everywhere out there

I missed my flight and was not able to rebook. I switched to jet blue for a same day flight. Both legs were cancelled. Unacceptable.

entertainment (use your own hardware) was difficult and I don't like tiny tiny screens for movies. "we're locking the bathrooms" messge came as they locked them. how about a warning, e.g. we will lock bathrooms in 15 on our final approach...

Temperature was very cold. seat was uncomfortable bc headrest did not work properly - the earflaps would not move.

Smooth easy flight, good overhead storage, air in cabin was good, clean toilets

Alaska airlines was good! Friendly staff, good communication and respectful. The alaska airlines help in everyway they can

My flight was delayed in Fairbanks by 45 minutes with no explanation. My next flight was delayed 3 hours in Anchorage then cancelled altogether. Alaska Airlines App was not helpful as it auto-booked me to reach home 2 days later than planed. And I had to fly back to Fairbanks if I wanted to continue with that change. The only real assistance I received was from the Alaska Airlines gate counter supervisor. She was able to get me home one day earlier. This was my 1st experience with Alaska Airlines and it will be my last.
