I'm a larger, athletic guy (6'2", 260lbs powerlifter) and I found the seats incredibly uncomfortable with minimal leg room, especially in a window seat. Now, I full understand that being smaller may change my view but even if I was 80lbs less, my legs would be the same size and I was sandwiched between my seat and the seat in front of me.

Horrible. This was not first class. This was a connecting flight whi h was late. My original flight never came. I hated the fact that delta gave me a connecting flight from New York to Orlando Florida. No meals and the television screens were not working. There wasn't even any power to charge your phones. This is NOT FIRST CLASS DELTA!!! Do better next time!

This flight was ridiculous. I had to have a connecting flight from New York to orlando Florida??? The flight left late and because it was a short flight there was no first class amenities. I had one alcohol drink. The flight crew was fine, but it sure did not feel like first class. Delta to me dropped the ball by giving me a connecting flight. By the time we got to Raleigh we would have missed the next flight. Lucky for me the flight never came so now I was stuck waiting for a later flight that came in late also.

Our flight was delayed in Atlanta. The staff could have gave us an explanation for the delay and how long it would be.

I liked the ease of checking in, luggage check in, wheel chair assistance, boarding and flight.

On my way home I had a layover. The flight from ATL to CLT was amended 5x while I was waiting. I could have driven home sooner. Overall from Dallas, Tx to Charlotte, NC I started my trip at 4:30pm, I didn’t get home until past midnight. I know things happen, but 5x to make me run back and forth in an airport from different terminals is excessive. I also upgraded to comfort + , I didn’t feel it was worth it. There was no benefit

They did a fine job. Can't wait to use Delta in the future.

There was a loud squeaky sound the whole time we were flying.

Had a broken tray in business class. Crew just shrugged it off.

For some reason there was a change in the cockpit which delayed us by an hour

Having a lot of delayed flights on West Jet, however things always work out. So no complaints.

Check in was seamless , crew very polite , arrived on time!

Seats can use more cushioning, it felt very hard. The snack option could be better

Over all good. I had some issues with trying to buy my seat. The Westjet system kept trying to charge my credit card, without getting the seat. In the end after 5 times being charged, I got my seat.

I did not have a meal or entertainment, but flight was comfortable, beverage service was quick, crew was very helpful and pleasant. And a very smooth flight overall.

WestJet does make an effort to make the flying experience enjoyable. While I could have saved some money by choosing a different airline; I was able to fly directly, and with minimal hold-over. The extra $150 was well worth it

Aircraft has better leg room than any of United's larger planes. We had requested mobility assistance for this and related flights. United's response to all was superb.

No snacks served! Seating in the kast row in uncomfortable.

Flight was fine, it was delayed but only 30 minutes, staff were efficient, lady making announcements at LAX was really hard to understand but the rest were great.

The male air hostess was rude and didn’t even offer me a drink. Poor customer service!

Flying First Class, the food could have been much better. The seat wasn’t very comfortable.

When I purchased my ticket, I assumed it was a real ticket, as in, when I go to the airport I am guaranteed a seat. Not so. When I checked in 24 hours ahead of time, I noticed I did not have a seat assignment and my boarding pass said "Standby." I was informed at the gate that the flight was full and I may not get on that plane. I don't recall being offered the option of selecting a seat when I checked in, and apparently, for the honor of pre-selecting a seat, you must pay an additional fee. So, a ticket really isn't a ticket, it's actually a lottery and if you're lucky, you may make it on board - or you can choose to be extorted for extra money for the guarantee of a seat. It's like making reservations with the Godfather - one payment isn't enough, there's always another bribe you have to make. After the first few zones were called and I hadn't been informed of my status, I went to the gate agent and they handed me a boarding pass, for the very last row near the restrooms, in between two very large people. Apparently that was my punishment for not purchasing a seat ahead of time. Airline service has not only gotten more expensive, but the return on your money has shrunk and there is little regard for the passengers. This feels like a racket. I am not pleased, as you may have gathered.

It was your usual flight. Nothing exemplary. Due to turbulance, the drinks were served 20 min before landing. Meh.

My only concern was that we were on the tarmac for so long and weren’t told what was happening. It turned out that the system needed to be restarted but it would have been nice to know earlier.

The flight was very uncomfortable and there was no snacks served for the 13 hours international flight. In addition, the flight was delayed 3 hours

Due to a strike taking place with the airline, it negatively impacted my flight in multiple ways. My flight was delayed over 2 hours and the food served was mediocre at best.

Cabin crew were great. Seats are criminal for tall people

Flight was delayed 1.5 hrs due to problem with a previous flight to mine; I was informed appropriately via Text & Email, however, website did not keep up with messages sent by nearly an hour. When checking-in warm & friendly reception at check-in desk until female Air Canada Rep noticed my flight number and instantly pivoted to a condescending & sarcastic comments about getting my bag checked in since I’m running so late; then tone instantly changed again few minutes later when she muttered, “Oh, they’ve delayed it” another sign systems & worse front line staff, not fully informed or simply not reading their flight status updates. Flight crew were very friendly & did a great job trying to make up lost time due to the delay.

No food offered. Parents with babies placed in the middle of the plane. Next time, place parents with babies in the corners of the plane to ensure comfort for others who don’t have babies.

Glad to see the staff of Air Canada take preference in protecting their customers from unruly passengers before they board. Well done

I didn't realise we wouldn't get food. Not that I was particularly hungry and it was a night flight, but it wasn't clear that wasn't included. I've never had an international flight without food. Air New Zealand provided food for a similar length of night flight but not Air Canada. The Boeing 737 isn't ideal for 6 hours. It felt more cramped than a larger jet. Lots of films and entertainment but nothing worth watching. Air Canada has an annoying habit of putting just two episodes of a series on the entertainment system which means you are left hanging. The crew didn't seem to do much. They didn't clear up empty drinks for hours.

This website did not advise the prices were in $USD, when the flyer (me) was flying within Canada only and only a Canadian resident, and booking this flight in Canada. Furthermore, the area to board the plane was unusually hot and sweaty.

Flights on time. Friendly/pleasant ground and in-flight staff. Better snacks and films with captions,

Affordable & comfortable. Not sure why a party of two I booked at the same time got seated separately.
