Everything was good. One of the flight attendants was not very friendly

All employees were very nice and I was very comfortable

Seat width is getting ridiculous. I don’t like having to twist myself into a ball to avoid my neighbor. It has gotten so bad over the last few years.

Seat did not recline yet fare was the same as one that did !!!

When I purchased the tickets I purchased insurance as well but for some reason it didn't go through, then this past Monday I broke my leg and was unable to make my trip, I'll never book through Kayak again.

I really like the wifi movie option. It made the 4 hrs flight go by fast.

My flight was on schedule, ground crew looks overworked, flight crew was great but refreshments could be better. The plane was clean and fairly new. Seats were comfortable but leg room was tight.

Always reliable customer service. Especially, the extra care on a long flight back to the Mainlaind.

My flight was 11.47 AM Alaska opened the check in desks in honolulu airport at 9.30 . We have been waiting for about 2 hours suffering to check inn which should be 3 hours before departure but they came late . Crowdedness was high , we all got tired .

On my way home I had a layover. The flight from ATL to CLT was amended 5x while I was waiting. I could have driven home sooner. Overall from Dallas, Tx to Charlotte, NC I started my trip at 4:30pm, I didn’t get home until past midnight. I know things happen, but 5x to make me run back and forth in an airport from different terminals is excessive. I also upgraded to comfort + , I didn’t feel it was worth it. There was no benefit

They did a fine job. Can't wait to use Delta in the future.

There was a loud squeaky sound the whole time we were flying.

Had a broken tray in business class. Crew just shrugged it off.

Seat back monitors and outlets were dead and not working.

Everything was great except for the seat. The backrest would not stay in the upright position.

I usually have a positive experience with Delta. Complimentary upgrades are always nice!

Awful. I got stuck next to a person carrying a dog and behind someone with a dog. People need to board these dogs downstairs. The cabin is crowded enough with your pets

It was delayed several hours which delayed our connection in Denver. Not happy.

The plane boarded and deplaned twice before the crew timed out. Flight was 7 hours late departing. Horrible experience!

Got automatically assigned middle seats unless you fork out extra money for a seat assignment, not impressed.

Flight was canceled 12 hours before take-off due to “weather”

Flight boarded without pilots. Sat on plane for 3 hrs. after over an hour late boarding. Plane never took off. Had to deplane near midnight. Line for rebooking was 3 hours + long. I had to leave.

Delayd flight out of atl as always miss my conection in dfw no flight untill next day

No problems with flight. Even though I had a short layover in DFW, I was still able to easily make my connection.

Good flights. Departure and arrivals were on time. DFW was a little problematic in that the Skytrain without prior notice bypassed the Echo terminal so that delayed my arrival at my connecting flight.

Late boarding to clean plane from previous flight; initial boarding announcement not loud enough; fantastic cabin attendant front of plane

Delayed flight, few announcements with information, no comps, cluster f boarding because zones weren’t spread out and announced loud and repeatedly, staff did their job -nothing more nothing less, annoying kids were speaking and kicking the heck out of the back of my seat and parents weren’t willing to parent… so another typical day of air travel in the US.,

Turbulence was bad and flight attendants gossiped about going to the bar and dating. Could have better awareness.

Didn't like the 6 hour delay as it caused me to miss all of my connections. Still, I did get home safely 14 hours late but exhausted.

Flight attendants had no personality! The looked miserable! My seat was broken in first class. I can’t believe how American Airlines changed. 😞

pleased with overall experienced, but seats in coach are tight.
