Flight delayed about 2 hrs so it made it a VERY late night

MSP to Atlanta was much better than Atlanta to St. Kitts. Paid $180 each for myself and wife for Delta comfort from Atlanta to St. Kitts. Seats were more narrow and obviously old and worn out. Tailbone is killing me. Seat would not recline. Seats behind reclined and we were not an exit row or in front of an exit row. Entertainment did not work in that the movie jumped forward and back and there was no audio. The plug in the arm rest was loose. Flight attendant tried “resetting” the video for my seat but no good. She never checked back. Someone else near me had the same issue. Touch screen was unresponsive. No where near as comfortable as MSP to Atlanta flight. 3 plus hrs. flight time without the basic amenities and not even remotely close to comfortable but paid for Comfort plus. I will be very disappointed if I have the same on my return “Comfort Plus” flight St. Kitts to Atlanta. At the very least my wife and I should be refunded for round trip “Comfort Plus” charges. The seats are too hard for long flights but otherwise- the process was smooth, the staff attentive, and there was to keep you occupied during the journey if needed.

Flight was on time and in fact arrived early. Seating was as comfortable as you can get in coach. Adequate leg room. Good entertainment system and offerings. Food was good. Flight staff was very good and accommodating.

Could not hear any of the announcements. The speakers seemed out of service. I wish the entertainment system would allow me to watch on my own iPad than the airplane ‘s old display.

Friendly boarding crew. Better could have been a bit more substantial food for this 3 plus hour flight.

Just a perfect flight. Fast, everyone was nice, and the flight attendants were very attentive.

Flight boarded without pilots. Sat on plane for 3 hrs. after over an hour late boarding. Plane never took off. Had to deplane near midnight. Line for rebooking was 3 hours + long. I had to leave.

No problems with flight. Even though I had a short layover in DFW, I was still able to easily make my connection.

Good flights. Departure and arrivals were on time. DFW was a little problematic in that the Skytrain without prior notice bypassed the Echo terminal so that delayed my arrival at my connecting flight.

Delayed flight, few announcements with information, no comps, cluster f boarding because zones weren’t spread out and announced loud and repeatedly, staff did their job -nothing more nothing less, annoying kids were speaking and kicking the heck out of the back of my seat and parents weren’t willing to parent… so another typical day of air travel in the US.,

Turbulence was bad and flight attendants gossiped about going to the bar and dating. Could have better awareness.

Didn't like the 6 hour delay as it caused me to miss all of my connections. Still, I did get home safely 14 hours late but exhausted.

Flight attendants had no personality! The looked miserable! My seat was broken in first class. I can’t believe how American Airlines changed. 😞

A flight attendant appeared to not be in a good mood that served us; felt she was being short. Overhead announcements were very loud compared to other airlines and the message was not friendly and was a little confusing. This flight was particularly over all was not satisfying compared to previous Sun Country flights.

Airlines should have to add their fees to their fares

I am upset with the hidden fees for bringing on an overhead carryon onto flight and also having to pay for my seat selection. This should all be part of the original price of the ticket. Very poor customer service

Sun country Wi-Fi was not working. Flight was overbooked by two people. Had to pay extra for carryons day before flight and I don’t like hidden fees like that.

WiFi did not work. Woman flight attendant in the rear of the plane was moody.

Flight delayed over 3 hrs due to unexplained issue. No text message to notify.

Well we did not realize at first it was a ground transfer, but we really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend to friends and family. Our driver was awesome and the ride was wonderful. A bathroom on board would have been nice, but at least we were warned that there wasn't one so we went ahead of time.

We were on a fairly long flight and they offered nothing for a snack (unless you paid) and then quickly gave you a drink and were never to be seen again. I would have loved a refill on my water but that was not an option. The flight attendants were standing on ther phone when we boarded and left and never even greeted us. Any other flight I have been on they would have welcomed us on the plane and again greeted us as we got off. Our landline transfer from MSP to Rochester on the other hand was FANTASTIC! We would highly recommend!

Took forever to get the plane loaded and unloaded. Longest I have ever had. I was in the middle of the plane and it almost took a hour after landing to get off of the plane.

Our flight was delayed and there was no communication at the airport.

Seats suck, not enough room, overcrowded planes, hectic situation all together.

Beware of all the extras. Nickel and dimed. Everything was extra. It turns a $90 fare in to a $400 fair quite easily.

It wasn’t as horrible as I would have expected, however, to not provide water and change so much for bags is a ripoff to say the least.

We booked a direct flight. Spirit changed the flight to have a 9 hour overnight layover. Not pleased.

The staff at the counter were very rude and unprofessional

Our flight was changed from a direct flight at 7am to 10pm the night before with a 9 hr layover which we had 24 hr notice and then had to pay for a hotel room. I asked for one free carry on for the inconvenience and they said no.

The issue I have is when we landed in Vegas (Dallas to Vegas). It seems as if we were traveling too fast during landing. I’m not sure what is was but it seems as if the nose of plane banged the ground making a loud bam nose. We went back into the air instantly. It took about 5 minutes for the pilot or someone to say a wind drift caused the hard landing, and that we would land in about 5 minutes. Many of us passengers did not believe the reason given. The second attempt was much smoother but this does not make me want to fly spirit again. The flight from Detroit to Dallas was fine.

Would recommend to support give water in cups for free to the passengers.

The flight was really great I was surprised with Spirit.

I purchased a carry on bag online…was supposed to cost $72 but after a whole slew of bs charges, the total was over $175.00. Because of these hidden charges, I will not even consider flying Frontier ever again. It’s just not worth the hassle. I’m scratching this company off my list forever.

Flight was OK. Seats were good no cell phone charges on the plane no TVs or entertainment.

There were 3 leg for the trip and each leg was delayed by 90 minutes or more. The boarding process takes forever with people waiting on the jetway even though most folks do not have carry-on. The whole process is poorly managed.

Flight cancelled and was told by a rude gate agent that they don’t accommodate on other airlines. Had to wait 5 hours for a connecting flight that had a 7 hour layover. Would not allow bags to be checked early so we couldn’t go through security .Had to rent a car for the afternoon to store bags and get a meal. Also incurred a hotel fee. No apology or reason given for the cancellation- just rudeness.

They cancelled the flight then did nothing to help us rebook. It was awful - I won’t fly with them again

The process of buying the ticket and navigating all the hidden charges that Frontier throws at you was a terrible experience. The actual airport experience and flying was fine.

The truck that was refueling the plane drove away with the hose still connected to the plane and ripped part of the plane off with it

If you don’t check in 24 hours in advance, they will charge you $110 to check your bag instead of the $30. I did not get an email with this information and did not check in. In addition, my flight home was cancelled at layover and I had to spend the night in the airport, and then have another layover at another airport before making it home. Will not fly frontier again.
