This flight was ridiculous. I had to have a connecting flight from New York to orlando Florida??? The flight left late and because it was a short flight there was no first class amenities. I had one alcohol drink. The flight crew was fine, but it sure did not feel like first class. Delta to me dropped the ball by giving me a connecting flight. By the time we got to Raleigh we would have missed the next flight. Lucky for me the flight never came so now I was stuck waiting for a later flight that came in late also.

I liked the ease of checking in, luggage check in, wheel chair assistance, boarding and flight.

Seats in first class on the E175 recline too far back. I was in 2A, and the man in 1A fully reclined almost the entire flight. It took 6-7 inches of space away from me and made it very difficult to work on my laptop.

The main person that was coordinating everything was a short white/light skin Spanish man and he was very rude. It honestly made me feel like it was everyone’s First day at work. His announcements were very not reasonable and they did not make sense. The stewardess on the flight that made the announcements she didn’t even know what she was talking about she sounded inebriated. There were no snacks or drinks on our flight there wasn’t even much turbulence. This flight was not enjoyable nor was it what a Delta flight should be and just this past week I flew with Delta 3 times.

Crew was great! I need wheelchair assistance and they knew who I was and updated me that my chair was on its way and to just hang tight. There was some turbulence but the captain announced we would be going thru it and he handled the plane well. Landing was soft and his.

Aircraft very cramped. Check-in was great with an agent helping us. Food was almost non-existent. Pre-flight went well once I got the app reloaded on my phone since we don’t fly much anymore.

I like that it got us where we were going. Everything else needed work. It was 1/2 hour late and we took off an hour late. The plane had to be cleaned and the disabled loaded on board before we could take off which took forever and then we sat at the terminal FOREVER before we took off. The ride was so bumpy that they couldn’t serve drinks and snack but to about 1/2 the plane. Seriously we should have flown out of Fort Lauderdale. We probably would’ve gotten home several hours earlier.

Cold air blew constantly on my legs almost making me numb.

On the new 319 NEO? seatback entertainment system did not work even when the flight attendant rebooted it. At least I had my cell phone to connect with wifi.

The flight was fine. All the delays and poor communication and customer service were the worst! We were supposed to arrive in London at 7:10 am. In stead we arrived at 1:30 pm. And now American Airlines refuses to make things right but only sent a canned apology after I contacted customer relations.

The flight was delayed for over four hours due to “maintenance “. Your ground staff made no efforts to avoid my family missing their connecting flight to London. They did not try to reroute them and didn’t even offer meal vouchers without being asked. My daughter, her husband and four children were in the States for our son’s celebration of life service. They experienced rude and unhelpful staff in Asheville. The lack of communication was disgraceful. They missed their connecting flight and the first rebooking. Then the 2nd rebooked flight was delayed by over two hours. They didn’t leave Charlotte until 1:30 AM. Since returning home my granddaughters sleep has been so disrupted that they are overly tired and cry hysterically at bedtime. I have already contacted you regarding compensation but have yet to receive a response. All I’ve received is a canned wrote response. This is not acceptable!!! When my wife and I traveled to England in December on your partner, British Airlines, we were delayed for 4 and one half hours. We missed our connecting train to Leeds and had to pay double. They not only reimbursed our extra train expense, they also refunded half our airfare. And upon our return to the States we were surprised to find that they had upgraded us for free! Flight was delayed until Next day as crew timed out

The flight was great until towards the end when the flight attendant read an excessively long commercial for purchasing an american airlines credit card. The worst part is that we are doing a lot of traveling this year so i was actually interested in getting the credit card, but I was so annoyed with the long commercial that I completely dismissed the flight attendant bringing around the information. Next time, keep the sales pitch to 10 seconds and then pass around the brochures!!

I was able to get on standby with relative ease

Me and my husband experienced very bad in American Airlines. We missed our flight going to Doha. The American Airlines was delayed we arrived already 10:27pm. Supposed to be 9:40 pm. So what they did they rebooked our flight and they gave us a hotel. When we arrived at the hotel the front desk said it was fully booked already. Oh my gosh! I said why did you accept the booking if it's fully booked. The guy said that's American Airlines they just book even it's already full. That's 2am already, we have nothing to do so, we decided to go another hotel. We pay the room, food and taxi. Pls give an action on this matter. Refund our expenses and give us more compensation. Not only our room, food, taxi but also our efforts, tiredness looking for a room that can accommodate us.

Got a much appreciated surprise upgrade to an exit row and the crew was very friendly and helpful.

I have not found it to be easy to set up on Wi-Fi with American Airlines. I don’t know if it is me or poor instructions.
