One of their flight attendants made a rude comment as I deboarded the plane. Definitely won’t be flying with them again.
Very below what I expect from Alaska/ On Feb 19, my foight JFK to Portland Flight was three and a half hours late leaving JFK (NOT due to weatherat departure or destination) In addition to losing this time, I then had to take a taxi home, rather than public tranist due to the late hour. This added $45 to the cost of the trip.
No seat assignment on boarding pass. Led to unnecessary confusion.
Not fond of smaller planes ( no737 avail ) Weather was some what of a factor (Bumpy)
Every one of the people at Alaska Airlines were helpful and kind. My complaints are systemic in the industry - small seats, tiny packages of pretzels (why bother?), and a general shabbiness that I attribute to the lion’s share of their profits going to execs and investors instead of building a better business.

They canceled our flight for 2 days. 8 hour wait each day to reschedule flights. Everytime we reschedule it would get cancelled within a few hours. We were stuck in Portland for 2 extra days with nowhere to stay. Horrible experience. I want a full refund and I want retribution for our troubles. I am extremely upset with my experience. They finally got us on a flight with Hawaiian airlines.
The flight was fine. It was right Ning a little late.
Flight delayed multiple times, multiple rebookings. Overnight stay at airport, sublime snacks if any. A bit rude- the staff.
Carly the flight attendant was extremely helpful and very accommodating to passengers on the flight from what I noticed. Couldn't be more satisfied with the service and assistance from Delta's flight attendant, Thanks again Carly!!

Delta did an awful job w logistics at DTW. Missed connection. We were there an hour early. SUCKED
Inflight entertainment stopped working as we taxi to runway and never worked again until landing and taxi to gate. Grrrr
Had to run to make it only to have the flight delayed to wait for all the late connectors Second drink service skipped up
I had a great travel experience as there weren't any delays and I was able to get to Mexico City on time for conference.
I like using the Delta app to keep informed, boarding was smooth, and flight attendants were awesome and on top of everything, good communication from pilots.
Keep us informed of delays in a more timely manner

Planes seat could be bigger very uncomfortable for tall humans.
1 hour waiting for suitcases to come out traveling in business class and food in business class is a sandwich? Avoid Aeromexico .
No space reserved for anyone who didn’t have underseat in front of them. Made it inconvenient to get the backs secured. No inflight entertainment in the 190. Bring your own! Food was excellent and we were surprised to get a full breakfast.
Plane was good but was delayed. probably not AA fault but caused a 1 hour delay. Seating was cramped.

Gossipy flight attendants talked the whole flight about bar hopping and dating.

When we exited the plane our wheelchair wasn’t there. The Pilot and co pilot were so nice and helped us locate it. Great service.
Didn't like the 6 hour delay as it caused me to miss all of my connections. Still, I did get home safely 14 hours late but exhausted.
New ridiculous policy by american destroyed my allegiance to american. As a million miler with american, I expected it would be easy to get on an earlier flight when I got to airport earlier than expected, and save a five hour layover. WRONG. The online app would not let me switch flights, So I called, and was promised a call back in 90 minutes. HAH! The customer service desk at DCA said “we no longer have access to changing a flight on our screens. If the app couldn’t do it, I should send a letter to American, but there’s nothing else possible!”
We were delayed bc ground crew gave the flight crew the wrong paperwork. We taxiied to the runway then back to the gate to get the correct paperwork that no one bothered reviewing the first time we pushed back. Boarding was rude and stressful like it always is. Gate agents and flight attendants are all over 55 years of age, embittered by years of underpayment From AA leading to their passive agressive bitchiness for no reason.
Same basket of unhealthy prepackaged snacks (junk food) which was depleted by the time it got to my row!!
Lots of weather delays that were poorly communicated and managed. I get there are weather delays but they didn’t make it clear what was happening or comfortable on the plane
For the price, you pretty much can't beat this airlines. As far as comfort, you could do a lot better, but it'll cost you. Over all cheapest way to get from point A to point B.
To many extra fees, poor customer service and very uncomfortable flight. No leg room and seat wont recline.
I am disabled and was unable to get any assistance from Volaris. I had to wait in line at front desk for 45 minutes, I am by myself, and unable to stand. When I got to front desk check in, they had no assistance for me. I did however, have wheelchair assistance when I arrived in Mexico City. Thank God for that!
It was horrible, our flight back was overbooked and had to take a flight 12hours later in the day but to LAX. Volaris is horrible.

The whole experience was good. We left a little late but that seems pretty normal we it’s anybairline these days. No free snacks or drinks provided.

Our flight was delayed both ways going there and coming back an hour plus. I have taken Volaris many times and this problem seems to be more common each time.
Be prepared to pay extra for everything! I'm not sure I really saved any money?
