Better than I expected but I did pay for a seat and carry on bags ahead of time.
I hope to avoid flying with them in the future. First flight got cancelled then got stuck with a 13 hour layover in Denver. The process was long and frustrating to many people.
Flight was delayed on the runway for 40 minutes the crew did not even offer even water to passengers to compensate for the flight delayed. The flight was delayed due to aircraft mechanical issues. Worst customer service ever
Our flight was on time and unremarkable which I'm grateful for, as it is not the norm traveling these days. Frontier is a low-cost carrier and it really shows when compared to other "normal" carriers. They don't even give you water during the flight. The coach seats are decent, however it was not as clean as it should be. We had crumbs all over the floor by our seats.
The flight was delayed and I had to cancel because I would have missed my connection and there were no other flights for the next two days. They also lost my bag!!
My first time to fly Frontier and loved it! Boarding was super easy as we only had personal items. Crew was helpful and funny and the plane was clean. Pilot was also great at landing the plane smoothly.
The ground crew in the Tampa airport were forcing people to pay for their personal items, although they met the measurement criteria. They receive $10 for each bag they charge passengers for so this is a complete fraud. An investigation needs to take place and the ground crew that does this need to pay the price, and the Airlines absolutely needs to make it right for these passengers.

This isna terribly run airlines. If you're one minute late, they will deny your ticket. Don't waste your time or money
