the departure got delayed due to SJC situation, but it was a quite good waiting thanks to Alaska airline teams.
Good! Although I wish I didn’t have to check my bag at the gate, when I got on the plane there was plenty of room for the bag.
The cabin stewart took care of my garment bag and then made sure I did not forget it on my way out. The stewardess gave me water after I missed the earlier service (I was asleep). I received good service overall.
Everything was fine within the parameters of flying full aircraft. My only small regret was that the non-meal, "snack" type food options had 90% medium to high sodium items. They looked appetizing, but many, if not most older Americans are restricted in sodium intake, so maybe one low/no sodium option would entice people to buy them. I brought my own food. The staff, on-time and aircraft quality were great, as usual for Alaska.
Shorten up the country? All joking aside, it was fine. Thank you very much.
Horrible, missed my connecting flight because Alaska did not give me enough time
Flights were delayed for hours. Once boarded, we were left sitting on the tarmac for too long. I had to reschedule some flights despite scheduling over a 2 hr layover between flights. I ended up running thru the airport both times. I missed getting a meal at the airport and airline required pre-orders for meals so I was starved and exhausted when I finally arrived at my destination 6 hrs later than planned. I hope I don’t have to fly again soon. This was tortuous.
Seats are crowded & tight. Flight attendants were nice enough. Flights were on time.
Airline staff were fantastic. Stop overworking and under paying them
