It was a crowded flight. They did the best they could.

Super good crew... food was pretty awful- overall Delta is my favorite carrier- takes off on time, good boarding process etc.

Boarding was a little confusing as many folks were trying to get on through priority boarding instead of general. Everything else was excellent.

When checking our bags at the Virgin Atlantic counter, the employee told us that we should go to Delta because we needed to verify our passports and our names. Fortunately the employee organizing the line stopped us and asked why we didn't hand over our suitcases. He sent us to another line and told the employee that we already have the passports verified in the reservation. She understood and received our suitcases. In London they have a general waiting room, where you stay until the gate number of your flight is announced. KAYAK informed us the gate number hours before the airlines did. Just like the flight to London, the legroom is too small. abusive for a flight of so many hours.

Boarding was great. The flight landed early. It took the crew over an hour and a half to bring out drinks. I paid to upgrade my seat to Comfort+ only to be near a crying/screaming baby who was seldom quiet. Noise-cancelling earbuds didn’t even help. Waste of money to upgrade.

Seats were broken in premium select and so was monitored on my seat and other people around me

Boarding was a sh!t show. JFK BOARDING was awful. The agent called three sections at a time Clogging the area then yelling at people to not block the walk way. How are you going to call delta one , premium select and comfort plus at once and the yell at highest paying passengers. Need to do a lot better and the flight attendants in the galley need to understand that their voices travel. They were talking about others and everyone in the cabin heard them

The main person that was coordinating everything was a short white/light skin Spanish man and he was very rude. It honestly made me feel like it was everyone’s First day at work. His announcements were very not reasonable and they did not make sense. The stewardess on the flight that made the announcements she didn’t even know what she was talking about she sounded inebriated. There were no snacks or drinks on our flight there wasn’t even much turbulence. This flight was not enjoyable nor was it what a Delta flight should be and just this past week I flew with Delta 3 times.

Great flight crew, easy boarding, delicious snacks and spacious seats. Love flying delta - worth the price.

Overall, the flight was better than the flight I took to go to Florida, which had a bunch of problems. The crew is really nice and the plane was new so it had a small problem when we were on the runway, but the flight itself was great. They even made some time back up, which is always a good thing.

Crew was just ok. Flight was packed. On a 3/4 hour flight I would hope they would come around more than once to see if you needed anything further. Not very attentive.

After 14 hour delaybwith departure time changed 9 times then announcing the flight was canceled. Another later announcement said the cancelation was in error. Also after paying a higher fare to leave in the afternoon then departing at 4am was not right.

I cannot say this enough, I NEVER BOARDED OR HAVE HAD ANY TRAVEL IN THE PAST YEAR. However your app says ive been traveling a lot lately. GET REAL HUMANS TO GIVE CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

Jet Blue keeps getting iit wrong. 4 hour mechanical delay followed by terrible boarding experience. This is my third horrific jet blue flight in 2024. I am going to try to avoid this loser in the sky

late lack information taney changed my sit even after i had checked i. a day prior and had been at airport checked in for 5 hrs. i have medical condition that i need to sit in aisle but changes to window. only apparent at boarding and they had no explanation why they changed my boarding pass and had no other seats. very bizarre, uncaring and disrespectful. Made my trip very challenging I should sue you. will NEVEr fly JB again. Ever. Would have blasted in social media but did not want to disclose my medical disability.

Great crew. Smooth flight that was on time. Boarding is a disaster as usual. Bought more room seat and was Grouo A. The flight was packed by the time I got on. TVs did not work as usual

I arrived to the airport 2 hours before my American Airlines flight was scheduled to take off. I have TSA pre-check. The airport was crazy packed when I arrived. After momentarily standing in the pre-check line, the TSA agent said that I am not pre-check. Of course I said that I am because I entered my KTN number on all my traveling sites and programs. I had to get out of line and go back to the AA counter to discover that American Airlines did not add my KTN to my boarding pass. I had to call TSA to find out my number, then have AA enter it onto my boarding pass. The emblem would not load onto my boarding pass. By this time, I decided to use my Clear in order to get through TSA but the line was ridiculous long. By the time I made through TSA, I missed my 11:08am flight and was re-booked for the 5:30pm. This is after the AA employee told me I should have gotten to the airport early. AA use to be a dependable airline not I use them only if I have too.

Horrible people at the gate, they force me to check in my carry on, even thought no one behind me has to do it. I had to get out of the airport in NY to get my bag and go thru security again on my way to Honk Kong. The worst part is the employee threatened me with loosing the flights if don’t comply.

Transfer from Terminal 1 to Terminal 3 by bus is chaotic, because as per information Free Shuttle Bus was supposed to take passengers from Domestic Terminal 1 to International Terminal 3, but the bus took us from Terminal 1 to terminal 2, then to Terminal 1 ,, 2 and finally to Terminal 3

Seats in coach aren't padded enough for a 6 hour flight

The flight crew was really wonderful, incredibly helpful as well as patient. I was able to watch entertainment on my phone but didn't have access to my headphones and I didn't want to bother the flight attendants. The food wasn't an issue for me because I am a vegan and brought my own food on board. The flight left on time and arrived ahead of schedule. It was overall a good flight.

The flight was so short that the lack of leg room didn't bother me for long. The plane was smaller so only two seats per row and there were chargers. However, they didn't serve any snacks.

Horrible trip. I won't fly AA again Boarding was a nightmare because they squeezed people into the waiting like sardines. My connection was 30 minutes and the run to the gate was horrible. Then the flight was canceled AFTER boarding. The Flight attendants did not know what to do and gave out the wrong instructions. They finally sent us to a different gate. Again, the waiting was like a sardine tin. The flight was okay and my baggage arrived fine.

My trip was delayed for more than 3 hours without any explanation. Also I have a business meeting that I lost.

Our flight was delayed two hours. We nearly missed our connecting flight and had to rush across the airport with little kids and all their luggage. They didn’t give us enough time to walk from one gate to the other, then when we got on, we waited another half hour while the crew loaded cargo. It seems like they could have given passengers more time if they had cargo to load anyway.

They didn’t let me get my boarding pass through the app because I have a lap infant. The ticket said to see a gate agent but there was no gate agent available. I was supposed to go to the kiosk. Ended up missing my flight and they said that I never checked in to my flight so there was nothing that could be done. I will never fly spirit again. Not even worth the hassle and poor customer service.

I like strict carry on policy. Quick to board, quick to leave. Less time at gate and get there quicker

comfortable flight. not fond of the idea to pay for every little detail. baggage checkin or carry ons, basic snack, or some sort of basic entertainment/wifi. would be nice to offer these as perks and stop with the penny pinching.

The seats were larger & more roomy than the old planes. the crew was excellent. . overall a very good flight.

There are additional charges for everything including water. If you are unwilling to pay additional charges you are afforded no comfort at all. Seats are smaller than other airlines and do not recline. Schedule changes appear to be customary because you encounter them on departure and return.

They're terrible. 3 to 4 hours delayed. Also they don't even offer you water in the flight. You have to purchase everything. The seats are so uncomfortable. Never again will flight with them.

No water for handwashing and they charged $5 for water. Spirit up-charges for every little thing and the planes themselves are old and nauseating.

Flying with Spirit is simple- it’s a minimalist airline that gets you from Point A to Point B. I have flown Spirit many times & have never had a problem with it, just don’t expect luxury or convenience. And know that, because the tickets are so affordable, the real charge comes in the bags, food, & extra purchases. The planes are simple, modern, and clean. They function in a way that moves large amounts of people in a more efficient manner, so the seats aren’t the most comfortable but I always bring a pillow and have no problem. I will continue to fly Spirit & would recommend to others

Not have to pay for every single item to take a flight. Seating and delays sucked.

If you don’t check in 24 hours in advance, they will charge you $110 to check your bag instead of the $30. I did not get an email with this information and did not check in. In addition, my flight home was cancelled at layover and I had to spend the night in the airport, and then have another layover at another airport before making it home. Will not fly frontier again.

Terrible. Seats are bad and the baggage policy is inconsistent

Flight delayed 3 times, resulting in late arrival, rental car place gave car away resulting in increased BS charges because I was late. Frontier blows.

I paid for extra leg room. The flimsy plastic seat underneath the floatation seat did not line up with the arm rests. It seemed as if the plastic part was zip tied on but immovable. This caused severe uncomfortable for the duration of the flight.

Left Denver late, then sat on tarmac 30 min after arrival
