Flight was good. Glad it was delayed or I may have missed the connection since I got to Seattle at about the same time my connection was to leave. The snack was a small bag of pretzels and a small soda. Can’t really call that food. There was no entertainment available on the flight.

Same as the earlier flight. Bad boarding practices, uncomfortable seats, and no Wi-Fi service.

Everything was good. One of the flight attendants was not very friendly

Text and wifi were paywalled. I'm not looking for something fast, but not getting a text for ride coordination until back at the gate was a pain.

It was not a great flight. There was a software update delay which had us on the ground for almost 2 hours. I was unable to make my shuttle to my final destination.

Good. Quiet. Comfortable. The protests nearly kept me from catching my flight. They waited for me! I made it!

Received little assistance with air sick child. Crew’s main concern was if anything got on the seat belt!

Inflight entertainment stopped working as we taxi to runway and never worked again until landing and taxi to gate. Grrrr

The seat could use more support or cushion. I'm in my 50's and have back issues so the seats are a bit hard for longer flights.

Delta flight overall it was goodT!the crew could do more and the food could be better.

This flight was supposed to land at 10:55 pm on January 14th. Instead, it landed at 3:20 am on Monday, January 15th, resulting in a completely lost day due to not going to bed until 5:00 am.

Airline stewardess service is good. The check-in attendant had a bad attitude and was unprofessional. We did not complete the trip as originally planned. Very dissatisfied☹️

The flight was overbooked and the staff at the gate started calling for volunteers to drop out and offering incentives. That delayed the flight

Flight delayed from Cape Town to Washington then got diverted to miami and in miami we had to fend for ourselves , im still trying to get to Shreveport now

I just wrote a text which was supposed to be for the flight from Denver to spokane not Frankfurt to Denver.

On time every leg of the journey and exceptional staff at counter, gate, and on board. I haven’t travelled in US for a long time and was genuinely surprised how pleasant this was.

The delays (5 hrs) were a comedy of errors, and the multiple safety issues encountered were very concerning.

The crew was doing their best on an old plane needing updating. Chairs that creaked and wouldn’t stay in position. My tray table was unusable as was on-board entertainment due the audio needing usb earphones (that were not provided). Prior to boarding in Toronto and despite being scheduled for a wheelchair and assistance, we were dropped off by clubcar without a wheelchair which I found myself by a gate. Due to no boarding gate assigned at that time we waited and when it was, it subsequently was moved from 64 to 95. No help could be found so I pushed my husband’s chair to that furthest gate in the airport at the highest speed possible for a 73 year old. And by that I mean I ran. It was a very stressful experience.

Crew was great and did their best to make us comfortable and captain came out at the beginning to announce why the flight was delayed, weather situation up ahead, and kept us updated throughout the flight.

they made me check my carryon. There was space in the overhead bins.

I am upset with the hidden fees for bringing on an overhead carryon onto flight and also having to pay for my seat selection. This should all be part of the original price of the ticket. Very poor customer service

We were on a fairly long flight and they offered nothing for a snack (unless you paid) and then quickly gave you a drink and were never to be seen again. I would have loved a refill on my water but that was not an option. The flight attendants were standing on ther phone when we boarded and left and never even greeted us. Any other flight I have been on they would have welcomed us on the plane and again greeted us as we got off. Our landline transfer from MSP to Rochester on the other hand was FANTASTIC! We would highly recommend!

Took forever to get the plane loaded and unloaded. Longest I have ever had. I was in the middle of the plane and it almost took a hour after landing to get off of the plane.

Very hard to get comfortable in seat since they are too crowded. One of our suitcases was destroyed on the flight and is unusable now. No one at ticket counter when we arrived and no indication on when they would be in service. When we finally got into the airport past the TSA, all restaurants were closed.

The plane boarded on time (at a gate next to Delta which was 2 hours late). No compatible headphones for me to purchase.

Crew was courteous. Flight was late arriving which made us late. Very cramped seating.
