This is my first time flying Aegean Air and I had a great first time experience. I will fly this airline again.

There was not any food and I didn't use the entertainment

Just ok. No much of a great travel experience. If you need point A to B they are ok.

More leg room, great if crew could move people before flight (ie if 3 in a row, offer to move 1 or 2 to an empty 3 seat row rather than let people move themselves after takeoff

Flight was late, boarding totally chaotic, seat uncomfortable, food good, attendants and pilots good.

aegean took off late, which made it impossible for us to make the next flight on air canada, we all ran to the terminal, the plane was still there but the air canada folks wouldn't let us board because they said the door was already closed. they told us we had to go all the way back to aegean desk to arrange another flight.

Priority transfer bag left behind in Amsterdam causing extreme difficulty and inconvenience on arrival destination Athens

Seriously, every airline needs to improve their boarding procedures. Even though Sky Express boarded the furtheredt seats from the door first, it was still disappointing that it took so long to board.

Cannot take it dur to the delayed first flight. Staff at the desk very unfriendly.

A coffee at 7 am in the morning would have been nice.

We hope that soon Sky Express will have the entire airplane fleet refreshed. More new airplanes to fill the gap and expand further direct flights to new airports. Crew acts responsibly and kind, which is even more important at this pandemic period.

I was going to miss my connecting flight with sky Express also and the people in the office said they couldn't help me book another flight for the next day, but that I had to wait until anthens and go their office to help me. Other people on staff were friendly though.

Excellent and way much better than the last two flights I made with Swiss and with BA. It is amazing how much difference a well trained and polite team can make. Hats off Volotea !

Cheap flights as you expect with Ryanair. I would take cheaper flights over entertainment and comfort for short haul travel. Main issue is usually delays at airports. In this case we landed roughly 2hr30 later than planned due to earlier delays with the plane. Not the worst I imagine

The Ryanair staff was not polite. We all travelled with the same suitcases as we departed from Thessaloniki, however they decided that for some passengers the suitcase was not the rigth one as far as the dimensions are concerned. Furthermore, one air stewardess asked passengers to close themselves the luggage cabinet in order to prove that the lugagge was not properly fitted, which i think is very unkind and unprofessional. We also had to wait outside , some metres away from the plane until last passengers came off....It was generally a dissapointing experience.

it s a budget flight, crew was doing their job well, it was on time.

Flight was delayed due to weather so not much Ryanair could do about that - otherwise it was very efficient and smooth

The boarding process was fast and easy , but the airport sign was not up on the board, so it was hard to know the correct gate , on the airplane there was NO Snacks and NO water …. Everything needs to be purchase …. It’s not worthy for the price we paid !
