great flight. Pilot was communicative, flight attendants were excellent. Really nice experience except my tv didn’t work.

at the time for boarding the lady just call Group A and no other goups and everybody from A to F go inside without the right turn, and when we get in theres no more spsce for carry on , the ones that get in at not correct group from the back occupy our space !!!!! a mess !!!!

Nothing. Jet Blue is a great choice for me And I’m going to miss flying with them Since I travel to Lima Peru very often 😞😞😞

The boarding and flight were ok, but there were several painful issues. The flight was 3:20 in the air and almost four hours door to door, but they only had snack packs on the plane. They really need to have food on longer flights or make it clear to everyone that they won’t have food. They also advertise free WiFi, but it did not work for 90% of this flight. Again, almost four hours door to door. If I had known I was flying spirit for JetBlue prices then I would have planned differently.

I think the food / snack service was very poor. tehy could have done better. Evrything else was great

No wifi, not even while close to the continental US or Puerto Rico, no entertainment whatsoever (TVs not working). Totally disappointing.

Wifi screens were great. Both flights were delayed, spending all day flying home and then getting home at 3am ruins the next day also.

Cons: "The stewardess could have done less talking over the plane intercom"
Pros: "Seat was comfortable, entertainment was excellent, the inflight crew was goo"
Cons: "Food was terrible, there were no options. Tha airport crew was horrible, I was more than an hour in the line, what could perceive is that there is not enough personnel, also what I consider disrespectful is that although people for Puerto Rico flight was standing on the line on time, they were trying to cope with their delay on other flights, and they had all the line waiting until they finished with the other flights. THAT was absolutely disrespectful of others time, I was there carrying my carry on baggage. Abdul rely HORRIBLE. When they finally called me there was no education to say even Hello, she only spoke to me to say I had to pay for one bag, and the overweight price, I tried to explain I purchased a different fare, but she didn’t care she just kept repeating the same. Ground crew was horrible and the complete procedure is horrible, I’ve never had such experience with JetBlue. To improve you should start putting kiosks, and mobile check-in URGENTLY please"
Pros: "Good entertainment options, the flight tracking and personal screen great. There was good space between passengers and mask wearing was enforced."
Cons: "Hand out wipes to self clean arm rests and tray tables."

I’ve been delayed for two days and I’m still stuck in Honolulu tired spending money

1.5 hours late departing YVR for a 14-minute flight. Packed waiting area. Full plane. Families with tired, screaming kids. 40-minute wait for baggage at YYJ. For a Dash-8. Obviously there was some kind of breakdown but there was no communication from anyone. Most of this was not WestJet's fault but it was an unpleasant night overall. I fell asleep in a chair waiting for the luggage carousel to start.

flight changed by airline. then could not check imto mew flight because kiwi had messed up the reservation. still waiting to depart…

Good. Really crowded and busy. Going to Winnipeg plane was crowded and seats very narrow Now I remember why I dislike flying 😈

Having a lot of delayed flights on West Jet, however things always work out. So no complaints.

Three hours on the tarmac before a four hour flight. I was hungry given the long wait, yet still had to pay for food service

I had planned to watch the Westjet entertainment for the entire flight however, because the seat mounted outlets in our row did not work.

Not a bad flight but our priority tagged luggage was the very last to come down the carousel.

The flight itself was good, the departure process was a little chaotic but once on the plane it was fine. The carry on luggage amounts is ridiculous. My husband’s suitcase was left behind in Kelowna. We could see it sitting there with our airtag. It was put on the next plane 6 hrs later but it was not delivered until the next afternoon. Unfortunately we had a business meeting Friday morning so he had no change of clothing for that.

Westjet cancelled the flight and I had to show up at the airport to rebook it, losing 2 days of my vacation, and no compensation, a crappy itinerary with no extra legroom which we paid for, no ability to use the lounge passes we paid for - basically a crappy experience. Not a reliable airline if you have a big trip planned.

The crew was doing their best on an old plane needing updating. Chairs that creaked and wouldn’t stay in position. My tray table was unusable as was on-board entertainment due the audio needing usb earphones (that were not provided). Prior to boarding in Toronto and despite being scheduled for a wheelchair and assistance, we were dropped off by clubcar without a wheelchair which I found myself by a gate. Due to no boarding gate assigned at that time we waited and when it was, it subsequently was moved from 64 to 95. No help could be found so I pushed my husband’s chair to that furthest gate in the airport at the highest speed possible for a 73 year old. And by that I mean I ran. It was a very stressful experience.

Wifi wasn't working on one of the UA flights after boarding.

Leg room was lacking. Legs crammed into seat in front.

T hey did a great job. Flight was on time .

the plane was old. the wifi didn’t work. the entertainment was boring and dated. the charging ports were impossible to find. i was mostly ignored by flight attendants that had no problem speaking to the man beside me. i got two drinks the entire time i was on the plane.

Crew was not very helpful. They forgot to serve me coffee and had to wait for a long time.It looked as if they were not very happy with what they were doing.

The flight I was connecting with waited for me even though my 1st flight was late. I really appreciated that.

The seat is too hard and my back and bottom are having servers pain

There was no lounge for passengers waiting before boarding the aircraft at F65, so passengers are just sitting on the floor or just spread everywhere the premises before boarding.

Great crew, friendly. Found the trip long just sitting with no onboard entertainment
