Some allow Sunday tours. Golf, clam-digging, beachcombing, surfing, fishing and boating are a short drive away. You can hike to the Astoria comumnity or stroll on the college campus, read our books, boat watch or bird watch. All rooms are light, cheerful, airy, and fresh (no smoking or intoxicants here!). Most rooms have hardwood floors, books, games, and one free book. Numerous movies have been filmed in scenic Astoria, including Free Willie, Short Circuit, Kindergarten Cop, and Steven Spielberg's, The Goonies!
