Some customers have reported seeing problems clicking on links in KAYAK email when they've had certain types of security software installed on their system.

Firewalls, anti-spyware, and banner blocking software may be potential culprits. You might try turning them off to see if our links then work. If they do, you could then read your security software's documentation to see how to add our website as a site that you trust.

We do know of one firewall in particular that can adversely affect our Deals and Newsletter links: Kaspersky firewall. If you go into Kaspersky's firewall configuration section, there is a feature called anti-banners. If you want to make our links work, "allow" the banner site "ad.doubleclick.net".

If none of the above applies to your situation, please contact KAYAK and tell us as much as possible about the software installed on your computer: what operating system and browser version you're using, and what type of security software you have installed.
