Pros (+) Location was convenient. Front desk attendant was very helpful and friendly. With ceiling fan and air conditioner running, was able to keep the sleeping area cool enough to sleep. Nice little pool. It was very quiet. Good WiFi and many channels on TV.
Cons (-) Although room appeared clean when first walking in, a closer look found a dead cockroach, little bugs, used condom and other small bits of trash on floor under dresser. Shower had black streaks on floor. No fan in the toilet/shower area which is in the kitchen area so it stayed smelly or steamed up after using. Washcloths very worn, some with holes. So many additional fees on top of the room rate....
