When Zagat released its first ever survey of cruise lines earlier this month, two stood out in the large ships category. Cunard ranked highest overall among ships with 1,500 or more passengers and in categories such as rooms, service and dining, but surveyors chose another line when asked to identify their personal favorite.

There’s a fare sale at Qantas that’s worth noting if you’re planning to travel to Australia in 2010. Through January 29, round-trip business class fares from the U.S. are among the cheapest available from the airline in the last 10 years.
