Swine flu fears delivered a serious blow to Mexico's tourism industry, with occupancy rates plummeting in April. But now that the CDC has lifted its ban on travel to Mexico, resorts are going all out to woo tourists back to the beach.
Even topnotch destination spots that normally need not offer discounts are cutting summer rates and tacking on resort credits.
