Are you an American who has backpacked solo for at least six months? Got some free time? A psych PHD candidate from the University of New York (CUNY) from is conducting a survey to learn more about the psychology behind backpacking and what solo backpackers learn from their experiences on the road. I don't fit the profile - and I'm also too lazy to fill out a survey - but I thought perhaps someone out there would be interested in sharing the annals of their psyches for educational purposes.
