 Boutique hotels are not known for being bargains, but several TravelPosters who've stayed at Chicago's Hotel Blake report that it is a good option for an affordable Windy City stay, especially if you can score rates in the $100 to $150 range like they did. And free wireless internet! 'Nuff said.
