 There's nothing quite like finding yourself in an affordable hotel whose rooms and amenities blow you away. One TravelPost.com hotel reviewer describes just that sort of experience at the Ocean Palms Resort in Carlsbad, CA. Here's an excerpt from the review Best Value with Medium to Super High-End:
This is a true secret. The hotel was renovated in the last year. But since it is not well known, the prices are way below normal. The owner must be trying to lure business. You should stay here before the secret is out. The nicer rooms are a little pricier, but worth it. It's right on the beach walk, too. They also have a very cool, tropical landscape.
I guess it won't be a secret for long!
