Disney Tip: Space Mountain Closed in April |
 Planning a Walt Disney World vacation this year? If so and Space Mountain - one of the Magic Kingdom's most popular attractions - is on your list of must-sees, then you'll want to visit by April 18, 2009. After that, the iconic thrill ride will be closed for a multi-month renovation project. There's no official word just yet on when the ride will re-open, but the park's operational updates calendar lists it as closed through July, and we hear that it will once again welcome riders by year's end.
