 The Empress Travel Kit from Red Envelope (love them!) is the sort of swish way to do the travel accessories thing. If the fleece neck pillow you bought at the airport is getting all nappy like mine is, then you might be into the kit's green silk version, accompanied by a matching blankie and eye mask. IMO, this is the sort of thing you'd probably give to someone else - you know, one of those things you'd use but never actually buy for yourself.
