JetBlue Announces Customer Bill of Rights

JetBlue has posted its Customer Bill of Rights online. Pretty impressive. Among the company's promises: - Customers whose flights are delayed 1-2 hours due to a Controllable Irregularity (i.e. not weather) will receive a $25 voucher. - Customers denied seats due to overbooking will receive $1,000. - The airline will allow passengers to deplane after any ground delays over 5 hours. There are many more interesting "rights." Check 'em out if you fly Jet Blue frequently.
