The luxury hotel's fall events line-up features 32 famous and well-known authors who'll be attending the hotel and participating in cocktail receptions, book readings and Q&A sessions with hotel guests.

Famously flamboyant designer Betsey Johnson has signed on to design a family suite at The Plaza inspired by Kay Thompson's storybook character Eloise. Not surprisingly, given Johnson's proclivity for girlish hues and whimsical details, pink will be the color of choice for the two-room dwelling.
