Reluctant Panther Inn Reopens Main Building |
Vermont's Reluctant Panther Inn and Restaurant recently renovated its guestrooms and suites, bringing luxury back to the 156-year-old building's interiors. And this month, the inn's main building is reopening a year after being gutted by a fire. The new Primrose and Bluebonnet suites are available for reservations after Nov. 10, 2006. Each suite ($279-399/night) features a double spa tub, king bed, fireplace, featherbed and includes a full breakfast each morning.
Along with the brand new and plushy suites, the main building offers guests a new tavern, formal dining room and a restaurant. Plans for a new fitness center, spa, additional restaurant and eight new guestrooms are in the works.
In the mean time, you can extend a weekend trip with the inn's Extend Your Weekend special deal, which offers guests a third night at 50 percent off when they stay for two weekend nights. The deal is not available on certain blackout dates, but is available year-round.
