Pros:Staff didn't care, I was bitten by something while I was asleep, the room was not fully stocked with.minibar or other things. Wouldn't stay here again. This is not a 4 star hotel, it's really far from Vancouver centre also.
Cons:All of it, they had two weddings going on so it was really loud and the staff didn't care about anyone else, also a bunch of elevators didn't work.

Pros:Normally find it difficult to find something I liked about a hotel, in this case I find it really difficult to find something I liked about this hotel. The location was good for me is the best I can do....
Cons:First room I was in was run down and the heater was making a horrible squealing sound, luckily was able to change rooms, but the staff could not care less - which was consistent during my stay. You can tell the upkeep is lacking in small ways, baseboards peeling away from the wall, cracked and broken furniture/bathroom fixtures and the "art" wasn't even taken off the walls when they painted (paint was on the sides of the frames where they didn't even tape it off).

Pros:Our room was clean and comfortable. We had a great view of the sunrise over the water. Free WiFi. It was a little out of town, but for the price it was unbeatable. There were a variety of good restaurants within walking distance.

Pros:Loved the river view and proximity to good food. The rooms were cozy and well appointed. The staff were amazing! I couldn't have been happier with the Inn at the Quay. I will definitely stay there again!

Pros:I loved the view they gave me of the water, it was just beautiful. At first I was a bit worried since it overlooked part of the pier where there is resturants and more, but when I turned on the AC I didn't hear a thing. The bed was confterble, with down pillows. The room had been remodeled with nice colors and the bathrooms clean and up to date. Parking was very reasonable, and when I forgot I had left my toothbrush at home the provided me with a complimentary toothbrush and tooth paste. The staff was very friendly and helpful, this always makes or brakes my experience, so cheers to that!
Cons:The patio in my room was very dirty the glass railing and floors, it needed a good cleaning and some new updated paint and patio furniture. Arriving at the hotel was a bit hard as your on a doc / waterfront property with so many people and cars no real area to pull up to, there are some 10 min spots for guest in a parking lot but there where only a few so good luck getting one if it's a busy day. The Rooms and the Hotle need just a bit more updating it looks really nice in the photos online, but it's an older Hotle with still quite a few things that need updating (repurposed furniture in rooms, elevator and elevator entry to parking garage, the AC in the room did not work well felt very humid ( I had to request a fan). The computer system when down at the front desk when I when to check out (but the staff where friendly and quick to fix it).
