$250 for the night was high -- but it was close to the airport with frequent free shuttle to the airport.
The front desk staff were very nice and well informed. This hotel has a lot of travelers who are using it for long term parking as well as sport: tournament groups. So parking was overfilled ane you had to make your own parking spot. While some furniture was worn, everything was clean, the shuttle was on time and all the staff were helpful and nice.
Location and shuttle to airport very convenient. Comfortable night stay prior to early morning flight.
Pros. Breakfast was great
Pros. Very convenient access from terminals A and E by foot through covered bridges.
Cons. There was no security in the hotel. The easy access bridge from the airport brought people without control directly into the 2nd floor. There were people that were not guests in the hotel using the meeting area restrooms to wash themselves. Plus elevator access to the room floors was possibly without a room key.
Cons. Nothing!
Pros. Friendly Staff I was traveling with my sister (the option above is not available)
Cons. Nothing
Cons. Room wa freezing when we arrived; turned up heat but wasn't getting warm so had to jack it up to 73 degrees before it started to feel warm. Forgot to turn it down before going to bed and woke up sweltering. Turned it down but couldn't go back to sleep then. Had to be up at 5 to catch our plane so was relying on the coffee maker in our room but it was broken and I kept having to hold the power button on for it to work. Ran out of time and wound up going downstairs to buy coffee instead. Toilet paper wasn't folded into points in the bathroom so concerned that the cleaning was either overlooked or not done thoroughly. Also, have never stayed at a Hilton that didn't have some sort of breakfast available. Very disappointing.
Pros. Beautiful hotel, especially that entrance and chandeliers. Modern, fresh, clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Thanks!
Cons. Only disappointment was the lack of Hot tub in the Pool area.
Pros. The restaurant's food was really good. We ate both a breakfast and evening meal. Superb! 'The staff at the check in/out desk was superb! We would definitely consider staying there again.
Cons. I can't think of anything that we didn't like.
