The phones in the room didn’t have directions on how to contact the front desk. Rooms were only cleaned when requested, which would have been fine if they had informed us ahead of time of the policy. But they didn’t. And then when I asked for more towels, they wanted me to go get them and then seemed a little out out that I requested they be brought up while we were out (we were on the way out of the hotel when I asked for them). The breakfast buffet was wonderful and rooms were very comfortable. There was some hair in the shower and one of our rooms weren’t ready when we arrived at 4:30pm. But overall, we would stay there again. Good value for the money.
Not a great breakfast and breakfast staff are not that nice and accommodating. All the rest is just excellent and it’s a great value for money
Poor breakfast selection if you have dietary restrictions. And $25 check in fee before 3pm. Other than that, great hotel and very safe.
Pros. Good gym and nice rooms and good location
Cons. Breakfast was poor and there is a bit of noise coming through into the room from the strewn and the near by fire station.
Cons. I am I hope my honors member that this was a great Christmas Day
Pros. great location with very reasonable price. steps away from the grand cta station, easy walk to magnificent mile and the river. very nice roomy and light rooms. an on site restaurant with room service... totally unexpected.
Cons. nothing... not a thing. I guess the pool could be a bit longer, like for lap swimmers.
Pros. Everything about the stay was great. The room was clean, the hotel's location is convenient and there's a train station a couple of blocks away.
Cons. The complementary breakfast was a no for me. The scrambled eggs were just so awful. The fruit salad was okay but the quality of breakfast really needs some work.
Pros. Check-in was less than two minutes. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Everyone was helpful.
Pros. Friendly staff. Good variety in breakfast. Nice room.
Cons. Valet parking but $55.00 a day is high!
