Pros. The hotel was very secure. The room was quite comfortable.
Cons. I was disappointed that online the hotel is advertised as having an airport shuttle available, and there was none. Also, online there is mention of breakfast being included. It is available at an additional cost.
Pros. Great commodities
Cons. Had to pay to park myself
Pros. Overall customer service was amazing. Room was perfect for the price and location. If ever in Dallas again, I would stay here again!
Cons. No complaints.
Pros. Nice rooms
Cons. Small pool
Pros. I want to start out with the presentation of the hotel. Very modern and chic. I loved it. We got to the hotel before check in and we were exhausted from a 8 hour trip. The lady let us check in earlier and I wish I would have gotten her name because she made our first solo hotel reservation experience a joy. The rooms were spacious and had individuality that some hotels don't have. I will go back for sure!
Cons. I didn't like that we had to pay for parking. I also didn't like that they charged a $75 fee just in case we did something to the room. There was a staff member who didn't really seem welcoming but I won't hold it against the hotel or the staff member himself since everyone has an off day
Pros. Surprisingly affordable for such a beautiful place From the grand lobby to the beautiful room this place was perfect. The employees couldn't have been kinder and more accommodating
Cons. As beautiful as room was next stay I would like windows facing outside as opposed to the lobby Would've been nice to see a sun rise or set The window shades needed to be closed for privacy it was easy for guests to see in from walkway
Pros. One of the best! The staff was very helpful. The restaurant/bar was great. Absolutely no negatives during my stay. When in Dallas, I'll stay there again.
Pros. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons. Had a couple of issues with timeliness. Ordered room service one morning, just 1 latte and 1 cappuccino, and it took over 1.5 hours to show up. We were told it would take 25 minutes. We took a shuttle to dinner and that was fine. However, on the return trip, we were told a car would be there to get us in 15 minutes. It took just over an hour. I can understand delays (especially driving on a Saturday night), but the complete lack of a good estimate on time and/or the lack of updates is what caused it to be an issue. The fact that we had to repeatedly call to get updates and were repeatedly given grossly inaccurate updates was the problem.
Pros. Overall good stay
Cons. Parking fee extra
Pros. The rooms were beautiful, very chic. The staff was awesome! It was very luxurious and the bed was very confortable!
Cons. Guests have to pay for parking daily, and it was pretty expensive.
