I would have liked to have more than 2 pillows per bed. I sleep with 3 pillows on my side of the bed at home.
Room was a little dusty but other than that everything was great, location is awesome, restaurants in hotel are very good as well as small shops, good prices, very friendly staff, will definitely come back
Staff act like it's your fault when they mess things up.
The location is excellent but the hotel is very smokey. Slept in rooms that are smokey for 5 nights. Also I couldn't get housekeeping to come and clean the room until the last night
Stayed there to see Donny Osmond. Was my birthday. Had the best time. Harrahs tried to upsell. But, they did adjust where needed. Las Vegas has become an expensive destination all around but Harrahs was comparable to the others
Pros. Location and comfort
Pros. Staff makes me feel like I’m the most important person in the hotel ❤️
Cons. More amenities like ur hotel in Valley Center, California.
Pros. The service. They upgraded our room for $100 a night to a suite.
Cons. Places to sit and chill out.
Pros. I enjoyed the location and my bed.
Cons. Better view of the strip and shower and a tub.
Pros. Not one thing.
Cons. The service. The friendliness. The common sense of how to treat and talk to another human being opposed to acting like you are better than them. I woke up with bug bites all over my body!! Not to mention COVID-19 is happening rn. Idk what time do but i am so mad at myself for going and taking this 1 day business trip. Never again.
