Fair enough. Room was as expected. Nice for a getaway. The staff was very helpful and friendly
Traveled with my niece for her birthday. We had a blast. Her girlfriend joined us and they thoroughly enjoyed the roller coaster a few times lolol. I would recommend the hotel.
I was not put into the wrong room room and staff just answered they don't have room what we reserved. Staff was un professional. Spoiled my trip.
My husband and I have been to Vegas many times and prefer staying in M Life hotels but after this trip we will never stay at New York New York again. The room we reserved was not the room we received. The room we received was in a corner area and was the smallest room on the floor. It was so small it made me claustrophobic. When we asked to change rooms we were told they were fully booked. We asked to change rooms with another guest who had not yet checked in but they would not change our room. We asked to upgrade and pay additional money to have a bigger room but, again, the answer was no. We asked to change properties...no. We asked to check out and cancel our reservation and were told we would be charged a cancelation fee equal to the amount of our stay. Needless to say, we had no choice but to stay in the tiny, dark room. Never again.
Pros. Bed was comfortable people were super nice
Pros. Staff was great very courteous and professional. Room was very nice great value for the price.
Cons. Nothing very satisfied.
Pros. I feel like the hotel did a great job setting up accommodations for physical distancing among guests - machines spaced out, plexiglass between players, hand washing stations, sanitizer stations. I was also really impressed with the “welcome kit” that contained face masks, hand sanitizer and a tool for opening doors and pressing elevator buttons, etc. The food at the restaurants was very good and the pool was refreshing.
Cons. It seemed like no changes were made to the arcade set up - it was very crowded and virtually impossible to keep distance from other guests. As a result, we decided not use the arcade at all. Also, the smell of smoke was present throughout the common areas of the hotel. Lastly, the cost of drinks at the pool was also ridiculously high.
Cons. Having a mini fridge and coffee pot
Cons. M
Pros. This hotel was a suggestion due to it being my first time in Vegas and being my birthday. The hotel had all the names of people with birthdays and for that I felt like a star. Everyone was great!!
Cons. To me being the first time there it seemed like a maze at times.

You don’t need to go all the way to Ireland with the Nine Fine Irishmen pub onsite the hotel premises. What makes this pub special is that the vast establishment, everything from the bar to the ale barrels, was originally built in Ireland and then shipped to the United States – so it doesn’t get any more authentic than this. Another great destination to go – especially if you’re a fan of the movie – is the Coyote Ugly, which was inspired by the eponymous movie. Hot coyotes and chill drinks make the perfect combination for a night out.
