Pros. Room was modern and comfortable. Great soundproofing from other rooms and no plumbing noise in the walls. Hot water was instant on. Nice coffee maker.
Cons. Hated the long lines and wait time at all the restaurants though the food was excellent.
Pros. Food was great lots of selections and most the food we ate was good
Cons. Having shuttle to some of great sites in Las Vegas would of been nice but mostly everything else was satisfactory
Pros. Variety of eateries 24 /7 every business is set up to be user friendly I went to the movie theatre just to buy the popcorn and there was no issue took it back to the USBC bowling center without issue
Cons. This was our first visit so finding hotel elevators was a slight challenge since the signage is small and not distinct but after finding it there was no problem
Pros. Did not like anything about the stay here!! Poor service, dirty rooms with bugs flying everywhere. They gave us a new room but the beds were hard and you couldn’t sleep with all the noise from everyone in the hallway!! They charged out card $100 even though the room had been paid in full prior to the visit. Will never stay here again!!
Cons. Need to clean the rooms and spray for bugs!!
Pros. Love Steak and Shake....can't believe it is not open all night....or at least for breakfast. Everything was right there so we could relax without going out of the building.
Cons. Steak and Shake open more, noise from next room slamming door.
Pros. Staff was friendly. It was worth our money. Having a pool, spa, gym, arcade, theater, bowling alley, a bingo room and of course the casino.
Cons. What sucked was that it had no fridge or microwave to reheat or keep our food cool. They also were fixing a room without giving us a headsup, although they did warn us about the window cleaning service. And the buffet was a bit pricey too. Other than that, it was a fun experience.
Pros. Had everything we needed.
Cons. Think the only thing that was missing was keno.
Pros. Freindly staff, located close to the airport, ideal for short stop over, lots of facilities such as bowling, cinema, bars, restaurants, free parking
Pros. everything under one roof
Cons. wish there was more around the hotel.
Pros. There was a lot of options, did not need to leave the hotel for anything
Cons. wish there was a way to access the bowling centers without having to go to the main floor.
