Pros. Front desk staff during check in
Cons. The annoying flashing light on the telephone in the room and the person I called unable to figure out how to get it to turn off. Also, it seemed only one elevator was working and I spent nearly ten minutes waiting for it on my final way out

Pros. We Loved Everything about the Radisson! You can not go wrong, the rooms are gigantic and with real king beds you get the most comfortable night sleep while in London out of anywhere! From the minute you walk in the door, the customer service is absolutely impeccable, they actually care about you, learn about you, remember you and it is so nice to feel that, especially after 12 hours of travelling across 8 time zones to get there.
