Pros. - Excellent location. South Kensington has tons of museums and good eats - Great price. (But it's definitely no 3-star hotel and should not be rated as such.)
Cons. - The room had zero sound insulation: I could hear everyone clearly outside my room, which was unfortunate given its location right next to the breakfast area - The bed was thin, lumpy, and generally uncomfortable.
Pros. The price and the location and the fact that it can be cancelled
Cons. Like everyone else stated, I think they put people booked through the this avenue down in the basement where the air is stuffy, no heat, and has moldy bathroom. The rest of the building looks reasonable so it could be just the basement rooms. There was also big piles of stuff outside of our room blocking the aisle the entire time we were there.. That seems to be a fire code violation to us.
Pros. Super clean room, super clean bathroom. Tea and coffee in the room, nice heating, comfortable bed
