The valet is a touch pricey, but the hotel itself is MUCH bigger than I thought! Check-in was a breeze and went very quickly even though there were a number of people in front of us in line. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for our overnight before flying out of LAX in the morning. The rooms are very modern and updated, but I'm telling you, those hallways are haunted AF. Creepily dim, old carpeting...gave me the willies! I will definitely be staying there again though if I ever need an over night in Los Angeles. Definitely recommend!
Cons. Rude staff
Pros. Free shuttle
Cons. More affordable rates.
Cons. No lotion in room and no way to heat water in rom for tea
Pros. Very clean facility, the receptionist was helpful and friendly, super close to the LAX and the shuttle runs 24 hours at 10-20 minute intervals
Cons. N/A
Pros. Hotel , amenities service
Cons. Price breakfast ridiculous usd 30 per person
Pros. We totally felt at home and were well cared for! Staff were so nice and very helpful. Room service was amazing: very thoughtful and considerate. The room service staff made sure the food was to our liking. I felt like I was being treated to a fancy breakfast in bed. One of the staff, Trinidad, thoughtfully served my breakfast with a sweet bouquet of flowers. Housekeeping was so sweet, always turning down our beds no matter how late we got out. When we got back at night, they had left a lamp on for us. When we first arrived, some relaxing classical music greeted us in our room. It's those little extra things that made our stay feel special and us feel at home and welcome. When we asked for a plunger to fix a clogged toilet, they insisted on sending an engineer who went above and beyond to make sure the toilet was in top shape. It was quite convenient that the hotel had a regular shuttle go to and from the airport. We loved staying at the Crowne Plaza and will be coming back again.
Cons. Upon our arrival, the shuttle to the hotel took such a long time to pick us up.
Pros. The location was great for getting aroumd to all of southern California. Less than 2 hours to San Diego, 30 minutes to Long Beach, downtown LA, West LA or Santa Monica and right down the street from culver city, Westchester and Venice beach. The very friendly staff, amazing views from the room, convenient in and out parking access or ride sharing options and plenty of food in walking distance made exploring the city a great time. I highly reccommend Crowne Plaza.
Pros. Everything was good.
Pros. Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant was Good with friendly service. Parking affordable for Extended parking and convenient shuttle service.
Cons. For me there was a lot of outside noise for sleeping. For a one night stay coming and going to my destination It was fine.
