Pros. Missed their awesome breakfast because we had a super early flight unfortunately. We caught the Managers Special the first evening there which was great. We enjoy the service at the restaurant and the Staff at the desk were kind and friendly each time I approached them. This really made our layover at LAX enjoyable.
Cons. It was difficult to identify the shuttle service van at the LAX pickup area. The Embassy Suites logo on the van is on the side. It would be helpful to have the logo or bigger lettering on the front of the van to make it easier to identify. We missed the first van because of not being able to identify that it was the Embassy Suites shuttle. When it passed us by we saw the logo on the side. By that time it was too late for the driver to pick us up.
Pros. Breakfast amazing! And that bed makes me hate that I'm going home to mine most definitely time to upgrade
Pros. Free Shuttle, Free Snacks , Awesome Staff...
Cons. 1.) BUGS IN MY BED 2.) bathtub sides so low you could not possibly have a bath 3.) Bar closed at 10pm 10 minutes after arrival 3.) Shuttle Bus finally arriving ( after 3 WESTIN Buses cane and went) after 25 minutes at LAX 4.) RESTAURANT CLOSED AT 10 pm 5.)”NO ROOM SERVICE IN AN AIRPORT HOTEL!! 6.) IPHONE DOCKING STATION FOR IHONE 4 model( there are adapters!)7.) YOUR FAMOUS BREAKFAST STARTING AT AN AIRPORT HOTEL AT 7AM WEEKENDS, 6 AM WEEKDAYS( again AIRPORT HOTEL, NO ROOM SERVICE, WTF are you thinking!, sending people off hungry!!!) Basically a great hotel chain that SUCKS as an AIRPORT HOTEL...and my room #607, did you throughly clean that room that had bugs in it?... you never offered to dry clean my clothes, nor fumigate my luggage.... I BROUGHT THE BUG TO YOUR RECEPTION! , oh and thanks for the 50 dollar reduction... that means I spent only $230 for a 7 hour stay!
Pros. Enjoyed breakfast and cocktail hour.
Pros. Proximity to airport, 24 hour shuttles, park and fly program, breakfast, clean and modern
Pros. Convenience to airport
Cons. The food is nothing to rave about.
Pros. Checked in within 10min. of arrival, one person ahead of me. Room was great, clean, and comfortable. Great selection for room service. Food arrived within 20min., hot! Food tasted great, I had the pork slider, flatbread pizza, and porkchop. Drinks were cold.
Cons. Although the food tasted great, it cost me $83! Little pricey. My room was in a corner, next to a storage room, #316. I felt like I was different.
Pros. It was clean, comfortable and I felt safe there.
Cons. would have liked some bacon with breakfast. The shuttle was a little late. I thought I was going to miss my flight out. But I made it.
Pros. Breakfast buffet and evening snacks always appreciated and valued
Cons. Sometimes too much roominess and little time to use it all in the spacious suites... But definitely a valued benefit
Pros. The room was gorgeous! I did not expect the look of an indoor lobby that almost look outdoors! Very cool. Breakfast was delicious and my stay with my boyfriend was fantastic. Thank you!
