great site, great location, great staff.
Cons. Good to go for the night with a date and ask for the rooms that overlook the city side. View is amazing
Pros. The coffee shop in the lobby is perfect. Great food a drop pricey for a hotel/breakfast. All parking is valet- it is nice but at times need to que for car. Gym is ok small
Cons. Gym small. Valet is time consuming. Breakfast not included
Pros. Customer service overall was great. One person in particular went above and beyond to help me with staying in the same room all three nights. Thumbs up that parking is included in the price.
Cons. My back hurt sleeping on the bed. That said, my back hurts on almost all beds; I have a hybrid at home. I don't like that you can't get the same rate for each night of a multiple-night stay. While the location is one/half mile from my cousins, I don't like being that close to the highway. I would, however, stay there again.
Pros. great mattress in the room
Cons. noisy from the 405, very small room, barely any towels in the room, elevator not working, had to use stairs; you would expect something different at $300/night. No mini bar in room, just an empty fridge. It's out of the way to catch a 7-11 or something also, so you just have to remain thirsty or drink tap water (which I did!)
Pros. I have some mixed feelings about my stay at Hotel Angeleno. It seemed like every good thing was followed by a "but." I picked up this hotel with an insane "90% off" sale on Expedia, so after taxes I was paying $50/night. They included valet parking for me, but my friend drove up to stay with me for a night and they wanted to charge him $25/night for parking. I had emailed and asked for a room with two beds, but they were unable to accomodate me. They sent me an air mattress which ended up deflating instantly, and they replaced with another air mattress which also deflated, though not as quick. They also brought me a fridge since the fridge in the room was more a "cooler" (their words). There was some hella loud construction going on in the hotel, so I didn't sleep as well as I'd have liked. And that was on top of the noise you hear from the freeway, which sounds like you left a door open. Other than all of that, the room itself was great. Not huge, but nice amenities and a comfortable bed, plus a coffee maker and a decent shower. Staff were all pretty friendly.
Pros. Great restaurant.
Cons. I was forced due to death in the family to reduce my stay by one night. The hotel, & booking agency was not forgiving at all & had to pay for the night i was not there. Upsetting & costly to say the least.
Pros. Free parking and courtesy vehicle to locations in 3 miles radius
Cons. Not very conducive to walking around for a bite to eat.
Pros. Convenience to freeway & house - left for termite tenting.
Cons. Gym facilities very small.
Pros. clean, trendy, people eager to help
Cons. pillows too big. shower not hot enough. room service slow
