Loved the 2 BR Residence Suite. Check-in was super smooth, our room was ready early. The pool deck is pretty nice, great towel service, solid drinks at the pool bar. Sugar is a great, rooftop space with lush botanicals. The drinks are a few bucks too pricey for what you get, imo. But all in all I would completely stay here again.
Cons. Great Hotel, great Location very clean and pretty
Pros. The hotel is very central and is located in brickell city center. We got a 2 bedroom residence and it was gorgeous. The food from room service was delicious.
Cons. The customer services from the staff was 50/50. Some staff were very warm and helpful and other staff answer the phone “hello yeh”. There was an issue with the auto lights in the room and engineering was called several times. We were traveling with a 2 year old so the lights turning on and off after 10pm weren’t ideal. When it was brought to the front desks attention the next morning no apologies were made and I was given the impression they didn’t care.
Pros. Location. Fitness center.
Cons. Room was dark plus the vanity lights in the bathroom stopped working while we were there.
Pros. Very modern facilities
Cons. I arrive at 9:00am and they charged me an entire extra day to give me the room before 3:00 pm
Pros. The hotel and room were good. The shower has no water pressure. If they fix this I'll give them 5 stars
Pros. location, amenities, comfort, balcony, cleanliness, friendly staff
Cons. language barrier
