The stay were very helpful and personable they made are stay enjoyable and had great recommendations we will definitely be returning on our next visit. Superb quality cleanliness and customer service
Pros. Room was clean
Cons. Breakfast was mediocre. No lobby Building was under construction so you have to check in on the 18th floor. Refrigerator in room didn’t work Fan in bathroom was excessively loud and could not be turned off. So I kept the bathroom door shut in order to watch television at night Great floor to ceiling windows but were dirty on the outside which took away from the view Overheard staff arguing with a customer over the phone then heard staff using vulgar language to other staff member regarding the customer
Pros. Staff helpful, hotel generally well maintained. Breakfast is good.
Cons. Rooms are dated - curtains and bathroom were not up to snuff as far as cleanliness. Hotel cost as much as the Marriott.
Pros. Liked the location, breakfast and comfortable bed!
Pros. My family stayed here (3 rooms/2 nights) to attend my daughter's wedding. Rooms were great for the price compared to other hotels nearby. Very clean and comfortable.
Cons. Parking issues. Perhaps hotel could give better information with regards parking options in the French Quarter area.
Pros. I liked the hotel suite rooms
Cons. No maid service on weekends
Pros. Our room was like a spacious studio apartment with a nice layout. It was nice to have an icemaker. Also nice to have the sink and bathroom tucked around a corner. The mattress and pillows were super comfortable!
Pros. Friendly and attentive staff. Great location within easy walking distance to French Quarter, streetcars, Casino. Variety of items to choose from at the breakfast buffet.
Cons. Nothing, no complaints or issues at all!
Pros. Welcoming staff, comfortable/clean room
Cons. The construction smell but no complaints aside that tiny one.
