Cons. House keeping did not change the sheets. They did not vacuum. The air conditioning didn’t work. Rude front desk people. Night manager was very mean.
Cons. Well it was nothing like the picture old and run down more like it. Carpets haven't been shampooed in years, smells of mildew and tv didnt work. We are to cross the street to another building after checking in, Was told that there was no other rooms available. After 30 min of receptionist sitting in our room trying to make it work they figured there was a room to move us to. That room was back across the street was decent but smelled better in the building where reception was.
Pros. The location was decent.
Cons. It didn't seem like the cleanest place. Check in is way too late and you have to pay $2 per bag to be stored in a room that is going to sitting empty anyway. It's not about the money it is the principle. We are already paying for the stay does it really hurt them to store the guests bags for free? Are those $2 per bag really that important to you? Instead of charging the $2 just don't include the "continental" breakfast, which was only a basket full of apples and oranges and nothing else
Pros. .
Pros. The lady at the front desk was nice and I understand that my problem with the reservation was not her fault.
Cons. When I booked I saw the 2 queen bed room and I requested 2 of those, but when I got to the hotel they gave me 2 rooms with 1 queen bed in each. I called kayak and the lady tried to help but couldn't so I had to pay extra to get a 2 queen bed room. The place looks ok outside but kind of old inside not too much to talk about. I'm not sure at this point if it was kayaks or the hotels problem with the confusion of the amount of beds I needed in each room but I didn't like that I had to pay more. Not sure if I'll be using kayak to book again.
