Pros. The price was amazing and the room is a well kept and clean. There was free breakfast and fast internet for free. Wow
Cons. I would have liked free parking but it’s SF.
Pros. Rooms were clean, breakfast was ok.
Cons. Too much road noise and location is not that great, too many homeless people around this area.
Pros. The couch in the room was horrendous: saggy, lumpy, hurtful The bed was fine except there weren't any extra blankets. The heater worked well. It was quiet because we were in the rear portion of the motel.
Pros. I liked the fact it was really close to Market street and other main attractions.
Cons. Many homeless people yell and get aggressive around the hotel especially at night. You feel kind of in danger when you go back to your hotel room.
Cons. Smelly carpets and room
Pros. The staff was very helpful and the cost was reasonable.
Cons. The food could have been better.
Cons. We did not stay. We immediately checked out, lost our money for the first night and found another hotel.
Pros. Bathroom was clean.
Cons. When I walked in immedeatly noticed the sheets had holes in them, there was no comforter on the bed, walls were grungy, and the room smelled like it used to be a smoking room. I turned on the AC unit which made a constant loud thudding noise and then turned off - only to not turn back on. I was in SF for business so tried to use the wifi which I could not connect to so I went to call the front desk - picked up the in room phone only to find the phone had no dial tone. I called the front desk on my cell and asked for guidance connecting to wifi and told her about the air conditioner. The response I got from the girl was essentially a very rude and unhelpful it's your computer and there is nothing I can do about the air conditioner. ...
Pros. the employees are nice and helpful
Cons. the bed had springs broken all over the bed. the iron leaked all over the floor. the couch was broken. breakfast was a piece of bread.
Pros. The room were comfortable and its a low cost hotel in a tough neighborhood but in the heart of San Francisco
Cons. Both of our rooms had signs of bed bugs but we couldn't find any live ones and they didn't want to give us anther room.
