Great location and free parking ( but not secured) are it’s best features but possibly Covid staffing issues are having an effect since our room was not properly cleaned during our 5 night stay despite requests. Still, all the staff we met were friendly and helpful. They are renovating the rooms but ours was dated but spacious with comfortable beds. The Lombard side is very noisy so beware. They have sister hotels in the area and have many return guests. Despite our issues we will return also.
Pros. Great location, comfy beds, super clean!
Cons. No guest laundry unless you rented a suite.
Pros. All were nice, facility was clean, & had lots of parking for guest.
Pros. I pretty much like everything, I was expecting something different but the experience was totally fine until somethings disappeared from my bedroom such as a ring and a brand new pair of Nike's with the box that I purchased the night before.
Cons. Staff were rude when I complain about the missing thing from my bedroom. Left the sign up for "do not disturb" but maide still went in and cleaned it. I am not suggesting that house keeping stole the things but they were the only ones that went in the room. So sad that management do not care about the reputation of the hotel. WATCH YOUR STUFF!!!!! 2+2=4
Pros. Great front desk staff, price is great for the area. Nice neighborhood
Pros. Location and clean
Cons. Our veiw was of the room across from us nothing else
Pros. I liked the location, near tourist spots. There were an amazing amount of great restaurants within two blocks of the motel. There was adequate parking. The room was fairly large and comfortable. It was secure, with keyed entry from garage to elevators. The people at the desk were very nice.
Cons. Lombard Ave. Is a busy street and it was noisy in the room from the traffic. Our room overlooked the street.
