Great hotel for a short stay good transport links and food & drink places nearby - if possibly ask for a high floor to get the views
Pros. The bed was comfortable, and the rooms were clean. It is also located next to Whole Foods, and local transit to get around town.
Cons. The rooms were slightly outdated, but still not too bad. They could use renovation. Also, the breakfast was expensive for what was offered (no omelet option).
Pros. Breakfast was really good and great customer service
Pros. The concierge at the motel was great. He’s answered all My questions and even explained how to take the bus to the warf. Outstanding service.
Cons. It was a great room and a great stay

Cons. Breakfast was not including , I was supposed to have breakfast included but it was not included for my reservation,so a little bit was bothering for me.!!!! There wasn't anything else that I can say negative about this hotel, We were comfortable in five nights That were staying in hotel.
Pros. I like the view and the complimentary wine tasting.. Our room at the 20th floor had a great view of the city at night.. Even tho it was a short stay on our 10th year aniversarie it was a great one..
Pros. simple place for business. very clean, beautiful view of the city and part of the bay. staff was helpful. good for late checkins, as checkin is 3pm, so make sure to call or check in prior to arrival.
Cons. pool was closed for renovations, but that really isn't a complaint since they will be upgrading it which is great. maybe breakfast was kind of expensive, i payed $19 for the buffet when it was just me. so kind of high, $15 would have been more reasonable given the limited choice in food.
Pros. One of the best business travel experiences ever
Cons. Nothing
