Pros. Great location. Just 5 minutes on foot to union square. Nice bar on 39 th floor with great drinks and food.
Cons. $90/day parking?? That’s robbery. Park at amc garage across the street for $34/day. We had junior suite. Rooms are not separated and sofa can’t fold into bed!!?? We had to get two roll up beds for kids. Food in M Lounge was good and plenty with nice personal.
Pros. The lady at the check in upgraded our room at no cost, as we were celebrating our anniversary. We had a wonderful executive suite. Gym facilities were exceptional. The location was excellent to access all areas of the city easily!
Pros. We've stayed at the NYC Marquis Times Square so we figured we would get the same experience at the San Fran location But not the case at all... the gentleman that assisted us with check in wasn't pleasant. We weren't to happy about the double bed room or the tub that stopped up. Moving forward we know every Marquis isn't the same except for the parking rate, it's $75 no matter what location.
Cons. Stoppped up tub, no access to a microwave
Pros. Comfy bed, soft sheets, nice view of city, terrific AC and excellent lounge.
Cons. nothing
Cons. Staff was not accommodating for what was promised. Staff was also rude.
