Honestly wouldn’t change a thing. Hotel staff were very helpful, friendly, accommodating and attentive. We did a room upgrade to a suite, since we were celebrating our anniversary, room was beautiful, bed was very comfortable, views were outstanding. Definitely going back soon. Also in a side note, just returned home, and received an email about an item I had left, they wanted to know if the could ship back to me, 10 out of 10 for service. Surprisingly I live in LA, and had heard so many stories about SF being dirty and filled with homeless, it was clean and beautiful like the old SF I used to live in♥️
Pros. Very accomodating and lovely hotel.
Cons. Needs an update!
Cons. It’s just not very nice really at all, room wise.
Cons. Our room on the 16th floor which had a great view was right next to the elevator motors. One or more of the elevator motors had bad bearings or a worn armature as there were a constant hum and winding sound similar to a low police siren. We could not move due to the Hotel being full.
Pros. Great food, staff and service.
Cons. Valet took a little long.
Pros. I loved the large room! The space was great. Loved the airy feel.
Pros. The location was very convienent. I chose to park down the street and save $30 for over night parking. Nice pillows and comfy bed.
Cons. This hotel is really small the room was giving me an allegric reactions I could not breath, until we forced the window open. The shower curtain and shower smelled really bad. That was gross. I will not be staying here again.
Cons. Expensive mini bar, breakfast etc
Pros. The staff and location were both excellent, the bar is also fun (and the reason I knew about the hotel to begin with). There sure are a lot of interesting chairs around! Room service was prompt and the food was tasty. The bed is comfortable and the rooms have pretty good noise control.
Cons. The rooms are in dire need of updating. We stayed in a studio so the size was good, but things just seemed old. The walls needed touch up paint, the bathtub was peeling (about a 10'' section was missing plaster), the grout was stained, the hair dryer must be from 1985, the thermostat is old making it hard to control room temperature, the faucet was probably really awesome 20 years ago, but now it is difficult to get it in the "off" position, not good in a state experiencing a drought.
