Pros. Very friendly staff. Shared Bath facilities are kept very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Rooms are simple but include in-room sink. I have stayed here before and will do so again.
Cons. Carpeting in room felt a bit worn. Not much heat in my room
Cons. To start the homeless sleep outside the so called "hotel". Pretty sure I witness a drug deal while walking to the hotel. Also the hotel didn't seem like one. It was more like a big house and the renters might leave there with smaller children. No parking included!!
Pros. Many interesting restaurants in the area.
Cons. The room was 'clean' but smelled very bad of old, musty and food. I was traveling alone and did not feel safe in the neighborhood at night.
Pros. Value, staff
Cons. The neighborhood, no way to adjust the temp in the room
