Pros. The artwork was cool and the location central to South Seattle. The continental breakfast looked nice, we didn't get to try it. Wifi was provided. The soaps were lovely and we enjoyed them. There was a comfortable armchair in our room and a little fridge. The Starbucks across the street was a definite plus. Overall it seemed like they were on the verge of getting everything together to be a nice hotel.
Cons. The room was smelled strongly of cigarettes. We asked if there was another room and even though the front desk checked, there was not another room for us. I think they must have recently switched to a non smoking hotel since the only empty rooms had just had the carpets clean and were wet still. We opened the window and cranked up the fan to air it out and went to sleep. We woke up to a very noisy intersection. It's located on the edge of an industrial area and the noise is constant. They provided ear plugs but it was enough to wake us. There was construction outside our window, not their fault of course but it added to the din. The wifi stopped working on our last morning and when I called to ask if the password had changed the front desk didn't seem to know what to do. The clerk who checked us in offered to take some money off for the smokey room and when we went to check out he discovered he took $5 off of the first night.
Pros. Clean, proximity to airport and food plus great shopping. Safe and close to all major freeways. Highly recommend it.
Pros. I liked the interior of the hotel, they also had lots of local recommendations available. Staff was very nice.
Cons. Could use a little maintenance (stuff on mirror/lightbulbs burned out).
Pros. Clean room & friendly staff.
