Unfortunately I did not travel due to contracting a nasty (and highly communicable) strain of pneumonia that made travel impossible with spreading. On doctors orders, my family stayed inside and didnt go. I contacted the hotel the day I found out through traveleuro, where I made the reservations one day before our reservation and was told there would be no refunds. So while I didn't travel, be aware that the no refund policy is very strict and that at no point was I told not to travel to the hotel while I was sick and a less community health conscious family still might have because this was our trip for the year.
