What a dump! The location is good for eating in walking distance. The room was dirty and the lamps have rust on them. DUMP
Cons. In the middle of college town.We came into the room to use the bathroom was used before w enter.Pulled sheet down Filthy sheets Filthy.Roaches. Unsafe Outside.Hallways Filthy stairwells felt unsafe.
Pros. SERVICE CLEAN ROOMS BREAKFAST
Pros. The pool was nice
Cons. Front desk staff was rude and slow
Cons. The only issue I really had which were..... my sheets had stains on them and the headboard had fluid or something on them so please start cleaning the headboards and checking the sheets for stains..... But other than that I would definitely recommend you Quality Inn and Conference Center to all of my friends.
Pros. This location was within a mile from the VA. There are many places to eat plus in is near the USF campus and Bush Gardens. The wifi was excellent and you also get a breakfast coupon. The staff was good.
Cons. Nothing
Pros. We enjoyed the pool, and free breakfasts. The staff was friendly and out of site unless needed. The room was clean and spacious. The location is great.
Cons. Not enough pool towels.
Pros. Easy location to find and check in staff did an excellent job. There is evidence of some of the complex has been updated.
Pros. I like the cleanliness of the room
Cons. I did not like that there was only 1 towel and wash rag in the room when I booked for more than 1 person staying.
Pros. Stayed here twice. Once with family, once by myself for business. Good for both. The remodel looks great...the pools in the center (2 pools...one for adults and older kids...and one zero level pirate pool playground for little kids...divided with a gazebo so adults weren't overrun with little kids and vice versa...very nice set up) was heated and open till 11pm...completely surrounded with lush trees...felt very secluded even though our room was directly overlooking the pool. Not too crowded, but seemed to have a full booking...so nice. All the rooms had a fridge, microwave, hair dryer and coffee pot. The exterior is like any other hotel/motel in that area not fancy...but not that big of a deal. Parking lot is well lighted...had some construction...but that is to be expected for renovations...and was the cheapest hotel in the area by far!
Cons. The breakfast is horrible...I Love continental breakfasts!! the bad and the good ones...i just love them...but not this one! The dining room was gorgeous...but the actual food was not good at all...the "mechanisms" to dispense cereal, bagels, eggs etc...were clean but didn't function well...so cereal and food got everywhere. They would have done much better with prepackaged individual breakfast items and bagels. It's a buffet that seems to have been set up by someone who has no idea how the flow of a buffet should go...people scrambling all over the place because plates and cups and silverware were not really anywhere near the foods and bowls weren't near the cereal...which was also at the opposite end of the dining room as the milk...drink machines were oddly placed in the middle of food lines so that you had to cut through the drink line to finish going through the food line...very poorly planned. EVERY THING else was great...just eat breakfast somewhere else.
