Pros. The experience was horrible. The hotel is so dirty! The hall ways are so dirty, a litter was everywhere. I needed a few more blankets for my children as there were not enough blankets in the room, however, they let me know that they don't have more blankets. I've asked them to give be a few blankets from the rooms which were not occupied. They let me know that those blankets are for people who reserved the rooms. My question was "What about us? We are people as well....". It was very very disappointing. I wanted to leave as soon as possible. The window in our room was so dirty, and I had an impression we booked the cheapest motel. Moreover, the window was not soundproof and we had a feeling that we were sleeping outside. P.S. Before the night, they finally decided to bring us a couple of blankets.
Cons. EVERYTHING. Start with the management which allows such things.
Pros. Free breakfast, nice staff, accomidating, proximity to the metro
Cons. Poor drainage around the pool, lots of water on floor in pool deck
Pros. The location is great. Restaurants, shopping, and Metro are all just steps away. Plenty of parking in the garage (may need to go down to P2). The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. I would definitely stay again on future visits to DC.
Pros. I stay here several times a year for business and give the cost and location it’s a great option. There’s a cigar lounge and several dining options and a movie theatre nearby so it's great for me or my family.
Cons. I found the bathroom in our room retained a lot of humidity versus previous stays and the finish on the tub was peeling away. Otherwise the room was spacious and comfortable.
Pros. The location is spectacular as there are several restaurants in the building and cinemas just across the road as well as a variety of shopping stores & departments. There is so much to do if you enjoy shopping and it's very close to D.C. The Metro is literally below the building so easy to move around.
Pros. Staff were wonderful everywhere, front desk, cleaning and in the restaurant....the breakfast crew were fantistac.
Cons. The ventilation system. We stayed in suite 600 and it was so noisy and ancient we had to shut it off completely at night so we could sleep. The room had been remodelled and was lovely, but this was horrible.
Pros. Everything
Cons. Too many different elevators (transfers) to get to parking lot.
Pros. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Our server for the breakfast buffet, Riehard was wonderful. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy. the front desk staff was great as well.
Pros. Great room, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfasts were excellent. Location of the hotel was perfect.
Pros. I went there really stressed and left totally relaxed. And great breakfast bar!
Cons. The parking is a little bit pricey.
